Four types of technical services, each with clear scoped deliverables

Each service explains: the challenges you may face, what we specifically do, the collaboration process, and applicable industries, helping you clearly assess the fit with your needs before consulting.

01

Custom Hardware Development

From concept to mass production, turning your hardware idea into a testable, producible physical product.

Challenges You May Face

  • The engineering chain from concept to mass production is long, and your own team can hardly cover the full stack
  • Certification thresholds for automotive-grade, medical, and other scenarios are high, and compliance must be considered at the design stage
  • Coordinating multiple suppliers for structure, electronics, and firmware makes schedule and accountability hard to align

What We Provide

  • Requirement Assessment & Feasibility Analysis
  • ID / MD Structure & PCB Design Prototyping
  • Embedded Firmware Development & Debugging
  • Testing Verification & Certification Documentation Support
  • Small-Batch Trial Production to Mass Production Introduction
02

IoT Solutions

Connect dispersed devices, let data flow from the field to decisions, supporting remote monitoring and intelligent control.

Challenges You May Face

  • Mixed device brands and inconsistent protocols lead to high access and cloud-integration costs
  • Data scattered everywhere, hard to form usable dashboards
  • Lack of end-to-end O&M means makes it hard to locate problems when they occur

What We Provide

  • Device Access & Multi-Protocol Adaptation
  • Edge Computing Gateway Development & Deployment
  • Cloud Platform Construction & System Integration
  • Data Dashboards, Alerting & O&M Support
03

Digital Transformation Consulting

No buzzword stacking—first see the current state clearly, then provide an executable roadmap and pilot plan.

Challenges You May Face

  • You know you need digitalization, but don't know where to start
  • Scattered systems and fragmented processes make it hard to see returns on investment
  • Data is accumulated, but it is not turned into a business basis

What We Provide

  • Digital Maturity Assessment
  • Goal Planning & Roadmap Design
  • Business Process Optimization Suggestions
  • Data Middle-Platform Planning & Pilot Implementation
04

Management System Consulting

Help enterprises establish and operate management systems compliant with international standards, from system setup and document preparation to certification guidance and continuous improvement, turning compliance into competitiveness.

Challenges You May Face

  • Unfamiliar with the applicable management-system standards and certification paths
  • Gaps between internal processes and standard requirements leave no clear starting point for rectification
  • Need to engage certification bodies but unsure how to choose and communicate

What We Provide

  • System Diagnosis & Gap Analysis
  • System Documentation & Process Implementation
  • Internal Auditor Training & Management Review Guidance
  • Certification-Body Engagement & Full-Certification-Process Support

Three collaboration models, matching different project phases

Whether you have a one-off project with clear scope, need a long-term technical partner, or wish to co-build R&D, you can find a suitable collaboration approach.

Project-Based Delivery

Clear requirements, controllable timeline

Suitable for one-off projects with clear scope, accepted by milestones, with a transparent process and clear boundaries.

  • Provide solution and schedule after requirement confirmation
  • Phase-by-phase review and milestone acceptance
  • Deliver complete engineering assets and documentation

Long-Term Technical Accompaniment

Continuous iteration, dedicated response

Suitable for teams in the productization and continuous-evolution stage, accompanying feature iteration and O&M at a steady pace.

  • Dedicated contact, regular sync meetings
  • Requirement-pool management and version planning
  • Online issue response and O&M support

Joint R&D

Co-build teams, share exploration

Suitable for frontier technology exploration or long-term product co-building, with both parties investing resources and IP agreed in advance by contract.

  • Jointly define goals and technical roadmap
  • Share development process and phased results
  • IP ownership agreed in writing in advance

Before consulting, what you may want to know first

Answer common questions before cooperation in advance, helping you make assessments and decisions more efficiently.

How soon can a project generally start?

After requirements and scope are confirmed, prototype or first-phase work can usually start within 1–2 weeks; complex hardware projects will be scheduled separately.

Do you deliver source code and design documents?

Yes. Both project-based and long-term accompaniment deliver complete engineering assets, including schematics, PCB, firmware/code, structural drawings, interfaces, and test documents, for your subsequent self-maintenance or handover.

How is IP agreed?

By default, the IP of commissioned development results belongs to the commissioning party; for joint R&D or reuse of existing platforms, ownership and authorization scope are clarified in the contract in advance.

Can you assist with automotive-grade, medical, and other certifications?

We conduct R&D per relevant quality-system requirements from the design stage and provide compliance design and documentation support (e.g., IATF 16949 for the automotive industry, ISO 13485 for the medical industry), helping you engage certification bodies; specific certifications are performed by qualified third-party organizations.

How do remote teams collaborate?

Collaborate via online meetings, milestone reviews, and document-sharing platforms, arranging alignment meetings at key nodes; on-site support can be provided when necessary.

What are the pricing and collaboration models?

Comprehensively assessed based on project scope, timeline, and resource investment; models such as fixed total price, phase/milestone payment, or long-term consulting can be adopted; clear pricing and delivery milestones are provided after requirements are confirmed, facilitating your budgeting and decisions.

Will a confidentiality agreement be signed before cooperation?

Yes. An NDA and project confidentiality clauses can be signed before formal cooperation, strictly protecting technical solutions, business information, and user data; third-party collaboration is also bound accordingly, safeguarding your IP and business security.

How are acceptance criteria defined?

Acceptance criteria are jointly confirmed with you at the solution stage—function lists, performance metrics, and acceptance test cases—forming written acceptance standards; each milestone can be demonstrated and tested, proceeding to the next stage only after passing, avoiding "finished but wrong".

Is maintenance support provided after project delivery?

Yes. After delivery, there is an O&M and Q&A support period covering Bug fixes, minor optimizations, and documentation Q&A; long-term maintenance or iterative-upgrade agreements can also be signed as needed, keeping the product continuously adapted to business changes.
